What is ISF?什么是ISF？
The Importer Security Filing (ISF 10+2) is a mandatory CBP requirement established under the SAFE Port Act. It applies to all ocean shipments entering the United States. Importers — or their authorized customs broker — must electronically transmit specific data elements to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at least 24 hours before cargo is loaded onto a vessel at the foreign port of departure.
